REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately, we are unable to keep track of installations, un-installations, removing or deleting downloadable software on customer’s PCs and therefore we are unable to issue refunds for downloadable products once any relevant product has been sent and/or the software has been downloaded.
If you have a problem with your software, please contact our support team via contactus@seafrontsims.com and if we can’t resolve the matter we will, of course, ensure that you aren’t paying for something that you can’t use.
